About me

I am Sanja, a psychologist with a longstanding interest in how we build habits, relate to food, and take care of ourselves in ways that last.

I hold degrees in clinical psychology and behavioural science from universities in the UK and the Netherlands (Sheffield, Leiden, Tilburg), and I’ve spent over 10 years working in psychology and education. I also trained in psychotherapy and have experience supporting clients in deeper, more personal work.

Whether you’re navigating weight loss, building a better relationship with food, or adjusting to life during or after GLP-1, I’m here to help you create changes that fit your life and stick.

Clinical Support

I’m Andrea Charalambous, a registered dietitian specialising in evidence-based women’s health, including PCOS, insulin resistance, metabolic health, weight management, and GLP-1 medication support.

I studied nutrition and dietetics at the University of Surrey and completed postgraduate training in endocrinology and diabetes at Queen Mary University of London.

My collaboration with Pear Coaching reflects my belief that combining psychological tools with clinically informed nutrition creates sustainable habits and empowers women to achieve long-term health improvements.

Exercise Support

I’m Ljiljana (Lily) Duff, a Pilates instructor and founder of Lilyfit, the first classical Pilates studio in Belgrade, with over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness field.

I trained extensively in Australia and internationally, completing qualifications in classical and contemporary Pilates, sports injury therapies, fitness and personal training, and pre- and postnatal Pilates.

My collaboration with Pear Coaching reflects my belief that Pilates helps women develop self-regulation and a more supportive relationship with their bodies, which makes changes in eating habits easier to maintain.
