You may want to eat better, but things happen - late-night snacking, a stressful day, or reaching for comfort food - and it feels hard to stay on track. Step by step, we’ll change your eating patterns so that healthy choices become easier. I’ll be there to help you follow through until results show and stick.
The programme is for women who seek a healthier relationship with food, as well as for those with PCOS or insulin resistance, where building consistent habits around food makes all the difference.
